Educational Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the exam, candidates must meet specific academic standards:

• Master’s Degree OR equivalent Examination from Universities/Institutions recognized by UGC
• General/EWS category: at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master's degree
• OBC (non-creamy layer) / SC / ST / PWD / Transgender: at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master's degree
• Ph.D. holders with Master's level completed by 19th September 1991: eligible for 5% aggregate marks relaxation (55% to 50%)

Note: There is no upper age limit for appearing in this examination.

• General (Unreserved) / EWS: 40%
• SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / PWD, and Transgender: 35%
