UPSC EPFO 2026 Selection Process

The selection procedure for the UPSC EPFO APFC exam comprises two main stages: a written examination (Recruitment Test), followed by an interview.

Stage 1- Recruitment Test

  • Mode: Offline
  • Type of Questions: Objective-type test (Multiple Choice Questions).
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Marks: 300 marks

  1. The exam questions will be in both Hindi and English.
  2. There will be objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers. The medium of the test will be both Hindi and English.
  3. There is a negative marking of one-third of the marks assigned to each question.
  4. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
  5. PwD candidates shall be allowed compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour in the RT and facility of a Scribe.
