IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2026

IBPS PO Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Equivalent qualifications approved by the Central Government are also accepted.

IBPS PO Recruitment 2026

Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) are recruited via the Common Recruitment Process (CRP). Since its inception in 2011, the process has grown to its 16th edition (CRP XVI 2026). Negative Marking: A penalty of one-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to a question applies to all incorrect answers in both the Preliminary and Main objective tests. Unanswered questions do not incur any penalty.
