Important Exam Guidelines

Candidates should be aware of the examination guidelines to ensure a fair and smooth experience. There is no minimum qualifying mark for individual subjects, meaning no sectional cut-off is prescribed for the SBI Junior Associates online examination.

A significant aspect of the exam is the negative marking: one-fourth of the total marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer in both the Preliminary and Mains exams.

Furthermore, trained apprentices of SBI may receive a weightage in the Main Examination, with 2.5% of the maximum marks (equivalent to 5 marks out of 200) awarded as bonus marks. This provides a slight advantage to candidates with prior SBI apprenticeship experience.

All tests are bilingual, meaning they are available in both English and Hindi, catering to a wider range of candidates.
