Candidates must strictly adhere to the following eligibility parameters:

- Tibetan Refugee
- Person of Indian Origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Afghanistan, Kenya, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
Age Limit
The prescribed age limits for SSC MTS and Havaldar positions, as defined by departmental recruitment rules, are as follows:
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)- Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
Havaldar Age Limit- Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age.

The revised SSC MTS Paper 1 structure features two mandatory sessions. Session I and Session II must both be attempted. Please note that there is a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect response in Session II, whereas Session I does not carry negative marking.
