The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) successfully concluded the SSC GD examination, held from 27th April to 30th May 2026. Candidates who participated in the selection process can expect the SSC GD Result 2026 to be officially declared in August 2026 on the website www.ssc.gov.in. The commission will publish a merit list in PDF format, containing the roll numbers of all qualified candidates shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This recruitment drive aims to fill 25,487 vacancies for Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Assam Rifles, and Sepoy positions in the NCB.

2. Navigate to the Results Section and click on the results tab on the homepage.
3. Search for "Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026– List of Male candidates provisionally shortlisted selected  OR List of Female candidates provisionally shortlisted for Physical Exam.
4. Click on "Result" and your SSC GD Result PDF containing the roll numbers of selected candidates.
5. Find your roll number in the list and download the result for future reference.

Upon successful recruitment as a General Duty Constable, candidates are entitled to an attractive monthly in-hand salary, ranging between Rs. 32,985 and Rs. 37,325, with incremental growth based on the service period.
