SSC CPO Exam Slot Booking 2025 Reopened: Choose Your Exam City, Date & Shift

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) reopened the SSC CPO slot booking portal on November 29, 2025, at www.ssc.gov.in. Candidates who previously missed the chance to secure their preferred exam location can now log in to select their exam date, city, and shift before the deadline on December 4, 2025 (11:00 AM).

SSC CPO Slot Selection 2025 Out

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched this slot booking phase to provide candidates flexibility in scheduling their exams. By logging into their SSC dashboard using their registration ID and password, applicants can select their preferred SSC CPO 2025 exam city, date, and shift. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled from December 9 to 12, 2025, for over 5.6 lakh registered candidates competing for 5,308 vacancies.

The slot selection process for the SSC CPO Computer-Based Test—covering Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police and Sub-Inspector (General Duty) in CAPFs—is now live. Important Note: Please ensure all details—exam date, shift, and city—are selected carefully, as no further modifications or requests will be entertained after the booking deadline. 

Steps for SSC CPO Exam Slot Booking 2025

1. Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at https://ssc.gov.in
2. Go to the Candidates Portal, log in using your credentials, and go to “My Application,”.
3. Select an option. Click on Select City, Exam Date, and Shift.
4. Select a preferred date for the examination and click Get Slot Details.
5. Select slots (date and shift) for the three cities chosen during the application.
6. After choosing a date and shift, confirm the choice by validating the OTP (sent to the registered mobile number or email ID).
7. Click Validate & Submit to finalise.
8. Once submitted, the slot, city, and shift cannot be changed under any circumstances.
