Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) Educational & Professional Qualifications

• 12th Class pass from a recognised board
• For candidates qualified before 2008, a Diploma of duration of three years in General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognised by the Central Nursing Council or State Nursing Council
• For candidates qualified after 2008 but before 2015-16- Diploma of duration of three and a half years in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised institution
• Candidates who qualified after 2015-16- Diploma of duration of three and a half years in General Nursing and Midwifery with internship from a recognised institution by the central or state nursing council.

Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist) Educational & Professional Qualifications

• 12th class pass from a recognised board
• Diploma in Pharmacy of duration two years from an institution recognised by the central Govt. or State Govt. and shall be registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
• Experience of a duration of minimum one year as a pharmacist in a minimum hundred-bedded hospital or institute recognised by the central or state govt.
