Before applying via the official SBI careers pages, candidates must first register on the NAPS portal at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Follow the instructions below to complete your application:

1. Visit the official website of SBI Careers at www.sbi.co.in/web/careers
2. Scroll down the page. Click on “Current Openings” available at https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.
3. Click on “Apply Online” against “Engagement of Apprentices Under The Apprentices Act, 1961 (CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07)”.
4. Click on the NEW REGISTRATION button provided on the top-right corner of the application page to start your registration process (if new registration).
5. Save the generated registration number safely for future use.
6. Log in to the application portal using your registration number and date of birth.
7. Enter basic details such as name, date of birth, contact number, email ID, address, category, and nationality.
8. Click on the “Save and Next” button.
9. Upload your SBI Apprentice Handwritten Declaration, photograph, and signature in the required format and dimensions.
10. Enter educational qualifications including graduation discipline, university name, year of passing, and percentage, noting that you can apply for vacancies in only one state.
11. Click “Save and Next”.
12. Carefully preview your application form one last time before submission, as no changes are allowed after submission.
