- Candidate must possess one of the following or higher qualifications in Computer Education: "O" or higher-level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under the Department of Electronics, Government of India; Certificate course on Computer Concepts by NIELIT, New Delhi, or COPA/DPCS certificate under National/State Council or Vocational Training Scheme; Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a recognised University or Government-recognised institution; Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognised Board with Computer Science/Computer Applications as a subject; Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Government-recognised Polytechnic; RSCIT (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in IT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

- Log in to the SSO Portal: http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
- Select the Recruitment Portal under Citizen Apps (G2C) and click "Apply Now."
