Odisha AAO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

Applicants for the Assistant Agriculture Officer vacancies must ensure they strictly meet all educational and age-related eligibility requirements stipulated by the commission.

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have possessed a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture [B.Sc. (Ag.)] or Horticulture [B.Sc. (Horticulture)] from any University or Institution recognised by any State Government or the Government of India. No other equivalent qualification except a Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture will be accepted.

Age Limit

Candidates must be aged between 21 and 38 as of January 1, 2025. This means applicants must have been born between January 2, 1987, and January 1, 2004. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories according to government guidelines.
