Employee Bond Requirements
- Undertaking to serve for 4 years (including probation).
- Resigning before 4 years results in paying 1 year's gross salary as liquidated damages.
- Must submit a bond + 2 sureties (not blood relatives) equal to 1 year's gross salary.
- Resignation/Termination during probation results in returning all salary received + Rs. 40,000 training cost.
- Previous employer bonds/liens are not applicable.
- No leave salary or pension contribution paid.
