6. You will now be redirected to the first section of the form. Fill in all your basic information and click on the Save and Next button at the bottom of the page.
7. On the second section of the application form, you are required to upload your photograph and signature in this section.
8. Upload your photograph and signature in the second section, then click Next.
9. You are now required to fill in your details. Three sub-sections need to be completed in this portion of the application form.
