Seva Nidhi Package
Upon completing their 4-year service tenure, Agniveers are entitled to a one-time 'Seva Nidhi' package of approximately Rs 11.71 Lakh. The 'Seva Nidhi' package includes personal contributions, matching Government contribution, and accrued interest, with no income tax deducted.
Allowances and Additional Benefits
In addition to regular monthly payments, personnel receive several benefits and allowances:
- Candidate will be covered under Rs. 48 Lakh non-contributory Life Insurance Cover during service.
- Rs. 11.71 Lakh as Seva Nidhi package after exit from service (no income tax deducted).
- 25% of Agniveers will be enrolled in regular cadre of service.
- Risk and Hardship Allowance, Ration, Dress and Travel allowances as applicable
