Eligibility Criteria and Qualification Checklists

Assistant Manager (HR&A) Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline and MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full-time) with specialisation in Personnel Management/HR, or
- Postgraduate full-time degree/diploma (2 years) in Personnel Management/HR from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE/IIM/IIT/XLRI/IITB-approved institutes.
- Dual specialisation MBA/PGDBM is accepted if the Personnel Management/HR marks are not lower than the other specialisation.
Assistant Manager (F&A) Eligibility
- Graduated in any discipline and passed the CA (Chartered Accountants) or CMA (Cost Accountants) final exam, or
- MBA (2 years full-time) with specialization in Finance & Accounts from recognized institutes (UGC/AICTE/IIM/IIT/XLRI/IITB).
- Dual specialisation MBA/PGDBM is accepted if Finance & Accounts marks are not lower than the other specialisation.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade-II Eligibility
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute/college approved by West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WBSCT&VE&SD).
