Educational Qualification Requirements
- Scored 55% marks (without rounding off) in master's degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., MBA, MLISC, M.Ed., M.PEd., MCJ, LLM, MCA, M.Tech CSE & IT).
- BC, SC, ST, and PwD categories: at least 50% marks in master's degree.
- Ph.D. holders who passed Master's degree before September 19, 1991: 5% aggregate mark relaxation (55% to 50%).
- Candidates pursuing Master's Degree, appeared for final year exam with results awaited, or delayed qualifying exams may apply.
Note: There is no upper age limit to appear for the TS SET examination. Additionally, candidates applying from outside Telangana are treated under the General (Unreserved) category.
