Step 1: One Time Registration (OTR)

  1. Visit www.tnpscexams.in and click on "One Time Registration".
  2. Pay OTR fee of Rs. 150 (valid for 5 years). Link your Aadhaar number (mandatory).
  3. Provide SSLC Register Number, Certificate Number, Month/Year of Passing, Medium of Instruction, and Name of Board.
  4. Upload photograph (20–50 KB, "Photograph.jpg", 200 DPI, passport size, taken within last 3 months, with name and date of photography printed at bottom) and signature (10–20 KB, "Signature.jpg", 200 DPI).
  5. Provide a valid, active email ID and mobile number.

Step 2: Fill the Online Application

  1. Login to www.tnpscexams.in using your OTR User ID and Password. Click "APPLY" against TNPSC CTS 2026.
  2. Verify your OTR details auto-filled on screen. Correct any errors via OTR Edit before proceeding.
  3. Upload a fresh passport-size photograph (taken on or after 20 May 2026, with name and date at the bottom — height 4.5 cm / 170 pixels, width 3.5 cm / 130 pixels).
  4. Select subject paper(s) for which you are eligible. Choose your preferred examination district centres (maximum 2; benchmark disability candidates may choose only 1).
  5. Upload all required documents (educational certificates, community certificate, eye fitness certificate if applicable, etc.).
  6. Preview the application carefully. Click "SAVE AND PROCEED" at each page.
  7. Make final submission by clicking "SUBMIT".
  8. Pay examination fee online (Rs. 100 per subject paper + Rs. 100 per additional paper).
  9. Note the Application Number generated after successful payment.
