The Staff Selection Commission has finalized the vacancy count for the SSC CGL 2025, confirming 15,130 openings across various Central Government ministries and departments. Eligible candidates must ensure their preferences are submitted through the candidate portal no later than 12th March 2026.

1. Visit the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in
2. Click on “Candidate Login” on the homepage.
3. Enter your Registration Number and Password to log in.
4. Navigate to the “My Application” tab in your dashboard.
5. Find and click on “Option-cum-Preference for SSC CGL 2025”.
6. A list of all available postcodes (B01–D58) will appear — arrange them in your order of preference.
7. Review your selections carefully before clicking Submit.
8. Applicants may update or change their choices multiple times before the deadline. However, once the window closes, the last submitted preference list will be treated as final.
