Salary Scale & Career Probation

Selected candidates enter the JMGS-I scale starting with a basic pay of Rs. 48,480/- (scale: Rs. 48,480-2,000/7-62,480-2,340/2- 67,160-2,680/7-85,920). Initial compensation begins at Rs. 36,000/- plus one annual increment for every year of prior officer-level service in a Scheduled Commercial or Regional Rural Bank.
