Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who meet the merit requirements in the CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Typically, candidates three times the number of total vacancies are invited for the PET. The Railways Board reserves the right to adjust this ratio as necessary. The PET is a mandatory, qualifying-only test with the following physical requirements:

Document Verification

Following the successful completion of the CBT and qualifying in the PET, candidates will be invited for final document verification.

Shortlisted applicants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the document verification stage; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their candidature.
