RCFL Operator Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026

Applicants must meet all the eligibility requirements stipulated by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. These primarily encompass educational qualifications, minimum academic percentages, and adherence to the specified age limits as of the cut-off date.

Educational Qualification

Candidates are required to possess one of the following recognized educational qualifications from an accredited university or institution:

• Candidates must have completed B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as one of the subjects, along with NCVT certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), which is AO(CP) Trade, or
• Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentice Act, or
• Candidates must have done a 4-year/3 and a half years full-time and regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology under the Sandwich Pattern.

Note: A minimum of 55% marks in the final year or aggregate of the last two semesters is mandatory. For candidates belonging to SC or ST categories, the minimum required marks are 50%.

Steps to Apply Online for RCFL Recruitment 2026

RCFL Executive Trainee Selection Process 2026

The selection process for the Executive Trainee role is meticulously designed to assess candidates' technical acumen and job-specific skills. It encompasses an online examination, document verification, final merit list preparation, and a subsequent medical examination.

1. Online Test: All candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment have to appear for an online test. The exam will be conducted in Mumbai and Nagpur.

RCFL Executive Trainee Exam Pattern 2026

• The exam will be conducted in online mode, consisting of objective-type questions.
• The online test will have two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related.
• A total of 100 MCQ-based questions will be asked for a total of 200 marks
• The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
