Rajasthan Police Constable Physical Exam Overview

The physical tests are scheduled to commence on December 11, 2025, at the Rajasthan Police Academy in Jaipur, with proceedings starting daily at 8:00 AM. • Men: 5 Km in 25 Min
• Women: 5 Km in 35 Min
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 Km in 30 Min
• Saharia/ SC/ ST of TSP Area: 5 Km in 30 Min

Physical Standards Test (PST) Criteria

• Men (General & TSP area): Height 168 cms, Chest 81-86 cms (min 5 cms expansion)
• Women (General & TSP area): Height 152 cms, Weight 47.5 Kg
• Men (Saharia of Distt. Baran): Height 160 cms, Chest 74-79 cms (min 5 cms expansion)
• Women (Saharia of Distt. Baran): Height 145 cms, Weight 43 Kg
