Physical Selection Standards

Qualified candidates must now prepare for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Ensure you meet the following criteria:

Physical Standard Test (PST) - Male

  • Height: Minimum 168 cm
  • Chest: 81 cm (unexpanded) / 86 cm (expanded)
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age

Physical Standard Test (PST) - Female

  • Height: Minimum 152 cm
  • Weight: Minimum 47.5 kg

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements

  • Male Candidates: Running 5 km in 25 minutes
  • Female Candidates: Running 800 meters in 4 minutes and 30 seconds
