The Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts (SSSC) has officially published the results for the Punjab & Haryana High Court Stenographer (Grade-III) recruitment 2025-26 cycle. Candidates who appeared for the written examination held in July for a total of 897 vacancies can now view their qualifying status. The recruitment drive covers 419 Stenographer positions in Haryana Courts (Advt. No. 35) and 478 positions in Punjab Courts (Advt. No. 34).

The newly released merit lists contain the roll numbers of candidates who have been successfully shortlisted for the upcoming English Shorthand & Transcription Test and the mandatory Spreadsheet Test.   3. Look for the specific link based on which state you applied for: Punjab: “Roll Number-wise list of Candidates who have been Shortlisted… against Advt. No. 34S/SSSC/PB/2025.” Haryana: “Roll Number-wise list of Candidates who have been Shortlisted… against Advt. No. 35S/SSSC/HR/2025.”
  4. Click on the link to open or download the PDF file.
  5. Once the PDF is open, use the search function (Ctrl + F on a computer or the “Find” tool on mobile) and type in your Roll Number or Name.
  6. If your number is on the list, you have been shortlisted for the next stage.
