Senior Assistant Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Must be an Ex-Serviceman and have passed a typewriting test in both Punjabi and English at the required speed.
  • Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject, or an equivalent exam in Punjabi as approved by the Government.

Clerk Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Must be graduates from a recognized university or have passed the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education.
  • Must be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) from the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
  • Must have cleared the typewriting test in Punjabi and English at the prescribed speed.
  • Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject, or an equivalent exam recognized by the Government.

Welfare Officer Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Must have passed Matriculation from a recognized board or have the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education.
  • Must be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer from the Army or equivalent rank from the Navy or Air Force.
  • Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject, or an equivalent exam recognized by the Government.

Driver Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Must be an Ex-Serviceman.
  • Should have passed Middle (8th class) with Punjabi as one of the subjects, or should have an equivalent Army Educational Certificate.
  • Must have a valid driving license for a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
  • Must pass a Punjabi language exam at the Middle standard level if the required education is less than Matric.
