Salary Structure and Probation Period

Probation Period is 3 years with a Minimum Pay of Rs. 19,990/- (Basic Pay) per month (7th CPC). During the initial 3-year probation period, appointees receive a fixed monthly base pay of Rs. 19,990, resulting in an in-hand salary of approximately Rs. 19,000 to Rs. 20,000.
