OPaL Eligibility Criteria 2026

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have acquired their qualification through a full-time regular mode in the year 2022 or later.
• Candidates must hold the Trade/Degree Certificate from respective ITIs/Technical Institutions recognized by the State Board of Technical Education (SBTE)/State or National Council for Vocational Training (GCVT/ NCVT).
• Applicants who have completed their qualification through Distance Learning mode, Part-time mode, or Correspondence Mode are not eligible.
• Candidates who have undergone training or job experience are not eligible.

OPaL Apprentice Salary 2026

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as mandated by the Apprentice Act 1961, with rates varying for Trade and Graduate apprentices. OPaL will provide necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) but does not offer accommodation, travel, or daily allowances. Stipends are disbursed directly to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts; therefore, a valid PAN card is mandatory for all trainees.
