Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age (for General/EWS categories) as of the cut-off date of 6th April 2026. Age relaxations are available for eligible categories in accordance with government regulations.

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited Selection Process 2026

The selection process for MCL 2026 consists strictly of a Computer-Based Test (CBT). There is no personal interview component. Following the CBT, qualified candidates will undergo document verification to authenticate their eligibility and credentials.
