HSSC CET Exam Date 2025 Announced: Check Exam Schedule & Shift Timings

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has formally announced the HSSC CET Group C Exam Date 2025 for Advt No. 01/2025 via an official notification on their website, www.hssc.gov.in. The Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 is confirmed for July 26th and 27th, 2025. The exam will follow a two-shift daily format: the morning shift runs from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM, and the evening shift is held from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM.

With approximately 13.7 lakh candidates registered for the Haryana CET Group C posts, the examination will take place over two consecutive days on July 26th and 27th, 2025. Details regarding exam cities and centers were released alongside the admit cards on July 17th, 2025. The syllabus covers six core subjects: General Knowledge, Computer Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, English, Hindi, and Haryana GK. The bilingual question paper will be available in both English and Hindi.

The Haryana Common Eligibility Test 2025 for Group C will be conducted in an offline, OMR-based objective format. Candidates will have 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the paper. HSSC CET Group C Exam Pattern 2025

The Haryana CET is an offline, OMR-based test consisting of 100 questions. Candidates are allotted a total duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the examination.

• The question paper will be in both English & Hindi languages (Bilingual).
• There shall not be any negative marking for wrong answers.
• Any unattempted question will deduct 1 mark. If you are not confident in the answer, mark the fifth option.

HSSC CET Group D Exam Pattern 2025

The Common Eligibility Test for Group D posts will also feature 100 objective-type questions, each carrying 1 mark. The exam duration is 1 hour and 45 minutes, with all questions being compulsory. The paper will be provided in a bilingual format (English and Hindi) and conducted via an offline, OMR-based system.

• There shall not be any negative marking for wrong or blank answers in the HSSC Group D exam.
• In case a candidate does not wish to attempt a question, he/she will need to fill in the fifth circle/bubble in the OMR sheet. Failure to do so shall result in a deduction of one mark.
