(ii) 06 years Journalism experience in a responsible capacity in a Newspaper/News Agency (Print or Electronic media) of repute or equivalent, experience of publicity and public relations work in a Govt. Department or Commercial Publicity Organisation of repute
Deputy/Assistant Director (Planning) (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master’s Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics from a recognised University/Institute or equivalent. (ii) Post graduation in Planning with specialisation in any of the fields of Town/City/Urban/Housing/Transport/ Environmental Planning from a recognised University/Institute or equivalent. (iii) Only for Deputy Director (Planning) At least 05 years of experience in a planning office in a development authority, a local body, or in a Government Undertaking.
Assistant Director Architect (i) Post-Graduation qualification either in Architecture or in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape, or Building Engineering. (ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognised University/ Institution or equivalent. (iii) Membership of the Council of Architecture.
Assistant Director (Landscape) 1. Post-Graduation Diploma in Landscape Architecture. 2. Degree in Architecture from recognised University/ Institution or equivalent. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognised University/ Institution. 3. At least one year of experience in Landscape Planning in a responsible capacity.
Assistant Director (System) a) M. E/ M. Tech. in Computer Science / IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognised Institution / University. OR b) B.E. / B. Tech./M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT/ MCA with First Class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from Govt. recognised Institution / University and with one-year experience in relevant field.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) (a) Obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from a University from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; OR (b) Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering; OR (c) Obtained a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering from such foreign University/College/Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government for the purpose from time to time.

Steps to Apply for DDA Recruitment 2025

  1. Go to the official website of the Delhi Development Authority at https://www.dda.gov.in/.
  2. Now click on “Jobs & Internship” >> “View all”>> “Latest Jobs”>> “Job Category”>>“ Direct Recruitment 2025”.
  3. Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Click Here” hyperlink next to the “To Register” bullet point to initiate the registration process for the DDA Online Application.
  4. Candidates are required to provide their valid personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number for sucessfully Registration.
  5. OTPs will be sent to the candidate’s Mobile No. & E-mail ID, separately. The candidate must enter both OTPs to verify the Mobile No. & E-mail ID, respectively.
  6. Fill DDA Application Form 2025 by providing the required information, i.e., Personal Details, Contact Details, educational qualification, age, experience, and other details required.
  7. Upload the live photo and the signature in Jpg/JPEG format
  8. Pay the application fee and submit your application before the last date.
  9. Download the DDA Application Form and take a printout for future reference.
