Steps to Apply Online for BPSC 71st Exam 2025

1. Go to the official website of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), www.bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click the “New User Registration” button that appears on the homepage to complete the One Time Registration (OTR).
3. Fill the registration form by providing a valid email ID and mobile number, and other required information.
4. A unique OTR will be sent to the candidates’ registered mobile number and email ID. Use the OTR password to apply for BPSC exams.
5. Log in to the application dashboard using your mobile number/email and password.
6. After OTR, the Digilocker portal will open. If you have a Digilocker account, sign in and give consent to OAMS. If not, create one and then give consent to OAMS, and if documents are uploaded on Digilocker, link them directly to OAMS.
7. If you do not use Digilocker, click the back button to access the Online Application Portal and log in.
8. After Login, fill in all the required details, like personal information, qualifications, experience, etc.
9. Upload the picture and signature in the specified format as mentioned in the notification.
10. Pay the application fees through an online payment gateway.
11. Complete the BPSC CCE Application Form and take a printout for future records.
