The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Urban Technical Officer (UTO) recruitment examination. Candidates preparing for this 43-vacancy recruitment drive under the Department of Housing & Urban Affairs (Advt. 2. Click on the “Admit Card” section found on the main homepage.
3. Select the link titled “Download Admit Cards for Screening Test (OMR-based), Urban Technical Officer (Junior Grade – III) – Civil Engineer/Public Health Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and Environmental Engineer, Department of Housing & Urban Affairs (Advt. No. 29/2025 dtd. 30/08/2025)”.
4. You will be redirected to the secure login page. Alternatively, use the APSC UTO Admit Card 2025 Direct Download Link (Active Now).
5. Input your Application Number/Roll Number, Date of Birth, and the displayed captcha code.
6. Click “Submit” to generate your hall ticket.
7. Review the details displayed on the screen and download/print the document for your records.
